Live-In Caregiver (Full-Time)

Pay: $150–$200 per day based on experience 

Schedule: 24-hour live-in shifts (rotational or full-time options available)

Location: Huntersville, NC

Role Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, mobility, and dressing
• Prepare and serve meals
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean environment
• Medication assistance in accordance with MedTech guidelines
• Monitor resident well-being and report changes
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s in a calm, patient manner

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

• MedTech Certification (Medication Aide/Medication Technician)
• CPR Certification

One of the following:

• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
• PCA (Personal Care Aide)

• Proven caregiving experience in assisted living or home care
• Ability to work live-in shifts
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Genuine compassion for seniors
